Well, that hadn't worked. Duo hadn't really expected it to work, but it had been worth a shot and it would have been nice if something had gone right the first time and easily.

But it hadn't, which meant it was time for a quick repositioning, a moment to catch his breath, and to decide which plan to try next. He had plenty of ideas; Duo hadn't expected the first to work, after all.

Deep breath, quick rundown of everything he needed to get done, fastest way to do it without making too much of a mess...
